We’ve moved our lymph and detoxed our organs in our first 2 classes of our 3 part Cleansing Yoga series. Now it’s time to focus on our nervous system: the container of vitality. Release the stressors of our modern world, and allow your body to move into healing mode. This class will lead you to that place of revitalization, ensuring that you are strong and resilient.
Join Janell in this nourishing restorative yoga practice, and clear your mind, relax your body, and open your heart.
You will need Yoga props for the sequence of postures, so look around your house for the following:
- 2 stacks of books (or yoga blocks)
- rolled up pillow (fold into bolster shape with duct tape or scarf)
- thick towel (if no smaller blanket available)
