Restorative Yoga Class

We’ve moved our lymph and detoxed our organs in our first 2 classes of our 3 part series. Now it’s time to focus on our nervous system: the container of vitality.
Join Janell and the Tummy Temple community for a nourishing restorative yoga session which will help clear the mind, relax the body, and nourish the organs.
Given the stressors of our modern world, it's clear that we can all benefit from calming our nerves and allowing our bodies to move into healing mode. This class will lead you to that place of revitalization so that we can stay strong for the challenges ahead.
You will need Yoga props for the sequence of postures, so look around your house for the following:
- 2 stacks of books (or yoga blocks)
- rolled up pillow (fold into bolster shape with duct tape or scarf)
- thick towel (if no smaller blanket available)
