Detox Yoga Class

This is the second class of our 3 part Cleansing Yoga Series. In Detox Yoga, we'll wring out toxins stored in the body and clear the way for optimal organ function. This class is particularly helpful for congestion in the middle from overindulgence, tension or stagnant bowels.
Janell Hartman is an advanced Restorative Yoga teacher, Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy and Colon Hydrotherapy Practitioner who presents lively and informative classes that create strong and healthy communities!
This class is accessible to all levels and can even be done from a chair!
