Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 30 days after purchase of products individually priced under $60. Unused portion of product must be returned to the address above for a refund. Products priced over $60 may be returned within 30 days, only if unopened, for a full refund. All sales are final after 30 days.

Please mail your unused portion, with a copy of your receipt, back to us at the address above.

Shipments usually arrive within 1 week of being ordered, though on occasion may take up to two weeks depending on delivery location and/or back-orders.  Back-orders are not listed online as we are able to restock back-orders within 4 business days and ship immediately thereafter.  If there is an urgent need for fast shipping please call us to let us know and we will do our best to expedite the processing of the order.
